S3 Construction is completing the full sitework package for Lamb Farm, a new 110-home residential community in Duncan, SC. Our scope includes grading, demolition, erosion control, utilities, curbing, and asphalt installation across 38 acres. By preparing the land and infrastructure, our team is helping establish a strong foundation for a high-quality neighborhood that will serve families for years to come.
